Have you ever been in a condition where everything you touch is broken and then you lose a solution for what happening except getting help from others? This may happen occasionally but when it comes, things become stronger than stone or commandments. Diseases are occasional breaks but when it comes many things are stacked such as moving, eating, working, and other activities. This will be the most emergency time for every human being. For animals it does not require ambulances for travelling to the hospital, you call a doctor animal (veterinary). When your cow suffers from any disease, you cannot call and get immediate help because a doctor may have more than one appointment so that to take yours become difficult. This may cause quick death because of losing fast aid to the patient. While you are using the phone for calling veterinary, you may fund the line busy. In addition, a veterinarian that you call for help may not be around to help you, which raises the critical condition of the animal when not cured as quickly as possible. This also takes a lot of time for getting a number of many veterinary calling asking for help.

By using this system, the person will easily get access to the information that can help by providing first aid to an animal. Whenever the user realizes that the animal is not well, he will use the smartphone or computer to access the system and then the system will prompt questions to answer regarding the health of the animal. The answers the person will provide will help to predict the disease and the medicine to be used when curing the animal. The system will also provide a practical guide to how people should care for that animal to make it feel healthy.

For the users who do not have computers or smartphones, we proposed the USSD system which will help those people to access the information and prompt the question to choose from so that the system can predict the disease and the medicine to be used.

The information to access this system was provided by veterinary who are professional in their duties to help gather the most frequent question or problems most of the farmers got and the medicine used to cure the animal (livestock). Through all those questions and the answers, the person can select the one that meets his problem and the system predict the medicine according to the medicine used by the previous person if the medicine worked for him. The system will be learning from experience due to the question and answers provided by those who are experienced and those who are professionals.
