This is a novel application that allows the system to recognize faces using the phone's camera. The Google Mobile Vision API is used by this system. The technology fundamentally operates as follows: the user holds the phone over any image of people or anywhere there are people, and the system uses mobile vision to recognize faces by detecting a few attributes like Happiness and the percentage of the left and right eyes.

All of the faces can be saved as jpg or png by the user. While the system does not perform face verification or recognition, it does allow the user to roll over any image or location that contains individuals, allowing the system to recognize faces and save them for later use. Each face can be named by the user, and they can also save them in the database. There is also a list of photos saved in the database for the user to view, which is saved as Base 64.
