In all the countries, there is rules and regulations people have to obey all the time, whenever those rules are not obeyed the person who have not obeyed the rules will be punished and arrested in jail. Sometime, the policeman who caught the prisoner move around in the different cases so that the prisoner will not be taken to police station in mean time; it will take some time, those movement raise the problems for the prisoners and to their families.

Whenever the prisoner is arrested and not registered as a prisoner and at moment, the prisoner have the problem of how the family will know that he/she is arrested. The families will not know that their son/daughter is arrested and that raise the problem as the family do not know where to find their child for they are not having communication with child. When a prisoner is arrested with not aware of the parents of other family members, the whole family will go from one police station to another looking for their child, which will take much time and money for ticket from one place to another and some time they will not know where exactly they can find the child but also some time they will not know that the child is arrested and guess that he went to find job and stop searching for him. Another problem is that, when the family do not know where the child is located or if is arrested, they will not follow up the case for their child, which will raise negative effects to the child as prisoner.

The designed project, title "prisoner's management system", help in solving all the problems stated above. When the person is arrested, the policeman who caught him will register him as a prisoner using his national identification (NID). The information about the policeman will help family members to know where the child has taken. If the prisoner has taken to different police station other than where the police man who caught him is working, the policeman will select the police station the prison has taken to, if there any other additional information, the policeman will other those information. When all the information required to the prisoner, one of the parent or other family member will get SMS notification state that the child has arrested.

In some cases, there is children who are caught under the age of having national identification (NID) and those who has missed their national identification (NID) they will provide the phone numbers to call and send SMS to notify them that the child has arrested and the police station the child is located on.

Additionally, this system will help the parent to know if the child in the prison is sick or not as the system will be updated whenever the child has the problem and when the child is transferred to another prison. The parents or other selected family member will have some access to the system so that he can see some updated information about the child from the prison.
