Communication is the most valuable thing needed in our daily life as the network. Every human being such as living things like animals and nonliving things like machines, they have their own way of communicating. In order to have full communication we need to have some understanding which means that I understand the combination of the alphabet for living things like humans and numbers for machines that you are using (language). Every country in the world has its own native langue as the way of communication differs to another country. This applied to the person whose ears are dead. Those people use sign language as a way of their communicating. If they want to communicate with a person who does not know that language, how will it be?

The person whose ear is dead is like us. You may need help for a normal person like her. This help will occur only if the communication goes well. In order to know that language you need to study it. This becomes a big problem if a person who uses sign language wants an urgent service in a private sector like a hospital. At this time, he/she may suffer hardly.

Nowadays, many people are busy hunting for wealth, so the time of sitting and spending more than they earn to become a big problem for them. In this condition time for attending the classroom, become scarce. This will reduce the amount of money used for transport for those who got the time of attending in the classroom.

For trying to collect this problem, we make an android application called "sign language teaching". This application will benefit both sides (a person with a dead ear and a normal person) because in this system in this application you will put in a word and then the app spells it in sign language. There is a place where you take a video of an ear-dead person and spell the sign-in as subtitles. This will help also in studying sign language without making class attendance; however, you may have another list of tasks you have to do.
