Every person in the world has something that entertains him/her in the entertainment staff, for some, like football, volleyball, American football, tennis, basketball, handball, catch, and more. People gather together in the stadium to watch those kinds of matches, but whenever they person is going to enter will be asked for a ticket if the match is not free to watch. In most of the stadium, they do not use technologies when giving ticket to the clients and this raise problems where the checking will not be much faster at the time of the match when people are entering the stadium. It will take time to look for each ticket to allow every with the ticket to enter the stadium. Some will be late in the stadium and miss some part of the match because of the long line waiting to check for their ticket.

 

When booking a ticket, it is hard to track all the remaining seats and those occupied if using the current system which does not use high technology. It is also hard if you are booking tickets for many people or the family. There is also insecurity when the cloud is not well controlled when taking seats or in any other situation in the stadium. The problem also comes when a person missed the ticket.

By using this "stadium seat booking system" we come up with solutions to the problems people face during the match when booking seats in the stadium. Using this system person with have electronic tickets containing all the information regarding him and the match time so that the ticket cannot be used twice. The ticket generated by the stadium seat booking system will have QRcode to scan with a machine placed at the gate of the stadium and whenever the person presented the QRcode to the machine, the system will let him pass if the information in the QRcode matches with the data in the database for those who are allowed to watch the match. Also, the ticket will contain the number of seats booked so that whenever the person comes, can go find his seat.

Additionally, this system generates the numbers to be used as a password, when the QRcode is not working properly, the user can type the password then the system opens to let the person pass.
