In nowadays business requires more space where they can keep more product either the remaining products or the supplied ones. That space is called the "store". That store gathers all information about the product including the manufacture date and expiration date which is really helpful in store control. It also records the number of products entered in and outgoing products (purchased ones). Firstly in the information management store, we need to record the information on products we have at the beginning before we start any transaction. After that, we record the new incoming products, at that time we start to control the whale store about the products we sell.

Secondly, we set the quantity and price of each product .this information helps us to know whether we are in loss or in profit. This also helps in-store management because, at the end of the day, you make the daily report by counting the number of products remaining by checking the number of moves out or purchases. However, there exist some cases of products that expired in our stock .this products are no longer products that we can continue to have in our store so we have to remove them from unexpired products. This information is also recorded even though it was a mistake done by us.

In addition, in-store sometimes we purchase products without direct payment or full payment. During that time we have to record the amount that is credited in order to recognize the amount that we will get tomorrow or another day. This may take much time to record all of this information in case you are alone when you are using an analog system of recording all of that transaction using hard paper and a hard pen because every time in money you need to make much attention in order to avoid mistakes either in counting or in the recording.

There can be another problem in the bank where you get the wrong written number on the cheque so you cannot be able to withdraw that payable amount of money. Also, a customer may give you an unsupported cheque which means that the amount written on that slip is really the same as the amount he or purchase the product but it is too much compared to the amount of money belonging to his/her bank account.

The possible solution our finished project "store information management system" clearly did, is to collect all required information about the product including product name, quantity, and set price for that product. This recorded information is kept for a long time since it is digitally recorded. Also, our system provides an option for the client where he/she can make reservations and make payments online. This option of payment helps the storekeeper control credited products. It also saves time since it doesn’t require a rewrite of information recorded yesterday.
