MZ5 PTC thermistor is a typical temperature sensitive semiconductor resistor. When the temperature exceeds a certain value (Curie temperature), its resistance increases step by step with the increase of temperature.

Specifications

  • Its temperature coefficient of resistance is 10-100 times larger than that of metal, and it can detect the temperature change of 10-6 ?;

  • PTC thermistor

  • The working temperature range is wide. Normal temperature devices are suitable for-55? ~ 315?, high temperature devices are suitable for higher than 315? (up to 2000? at present), and low temperature devices are suitable for-273? ~ 55?;

  • It is small in size and can measure the temperature of voids, cavities and blood vessels in the organism which can not be measured by other thermometers.

  • The resistance value:10K

  • It is easy to be processed into complex shapes and can be produced in large quantities.
